Everest Base Camp Trek

Everest Base Camp trek is most popular trek in Nepal. The two week trek start from Luckla & End at Luckla(both way flight). High in the priority list of trekkers, the Everest Base Camp Trekking is one of the most visited regions in the Himalaya. We will reach at Everest Base Camp and exploration their and back to Gorekshep. Early in the morning climb to Kalapathar at 5545m which are magnificent view of Mt. Nuptse (7879m), Mt. Everest (8848m), Mt. Lhotse (8516m), Mt. Pumori (7161m) and other snow capped peaks.

Important information:-

About the Trekking starting time: Kindly Consul with your Guide about the all the friend conditions apply, we don’t push hard to make tired and timing is fixable and suitable time. Most important things you need to enjoy and very much comfortable. We will make the kinds of environment so you will never forget trekking with our company.

Food during the Trekking: We will serve by Menu then guest should order the food what they prefer to have. Kindly Consul with guide which food is good for mountain and which is not. In menu you can found different kinds of Foods like: Nepali Foods: Dal Bhat, Western, Continental, Indian etc. We always concern about the food because good food is part of your health.
About the staff during the Trekking: We will have 1 Senior Guide (Leader), then every two friends 1 porter. Everyone has insurance

Safety Concern: Our Guide will carry first Aid kit and some medicine. But we also recommend carrying medication stuff so everything will be well place and you will archive your goal. We will be in touch with our guide and tell him max. care of our guest without hassle free. We always worry about altitude sickness (AMS), our guide is very experience and knows about how to prevent altitude sickness. If in case got serious mountain sickness we will arrange and co-coordinator helicopter rescue.

About the teahouse during the Trekking: Normally in Package we provide clean and comfortable twin sharing room & bathroom will be same floor not attach. Some places like: Phakding, Namche, Dingboche has Attach bathroom will cost Per Room: 10-40$. And room has no heater. Only dining has heater for everybody.

About the Room: Normally twin beds are there and also possible triple bed some places. Now we can say 2 people in 1 room. We try also some places 1 triple room will be 3 people in the room.

About the toilet: Most of Lodges has western toilet.

About the Hot shower: Nowadays everyday teahouses is improving in mountain area. Some places has Gas Shower and some places still using boiled water for shower.
Hot Showers will cost Rs.200 above per person per time. It is extra.

About the Sleeping bags: We will provide good sleeping bag which can good up to-20 C. If not enough we will provide extra blanket which make you warm enough. Our Guide is experience and he will take care of everything.

Trekking equipments: Sleeping bags we provide by tenting for free. Down Jacket you can rent or if you want us to include in package also we are fine. We will include it. Others all equipments can buy in Kathmandu easily in reasonable price.

About the Drinking Water: Mineral water is very expensive in this region. Even boiled water would cost you per liter Rs.100 and more. Another options for water use local normal water and use pills for purified.
We will not provide water and hot drinks because of some people don’t understand the limitation that’s the way we don’t include it. Sometime our guide would offer you tea and coffee.

About the Insurance: All friends require to do Travel Insurance their country for in case needed helicopter Rescue.

Day 01 Arrival in Kathmandu ( 1300m).

Arrival at Tribhuwan international airport, our staffs meet you & greet then transfer to the Hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 02 Meeting with Guide and Office staff for the final preparation.

Trekking preparation day or if we have time can do half day sightseeing. Over night at Hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 03 Kathmandu- Lukla (2840m/9320ft)–Trek to Phakding (2610m/8560ft)–3-4 hrs.

Early in the morning transfer to the airport for Scenic flight to Tenzing-Hillary Airport Luckla, where we begin our trek into the Khumbu region. During the flight you will have good chance to view excellent or Gorgeous Mountain’s panorama view. Arrival at Luckla our Guide briefs you & introduce our porter before we begin our trek. After landing we have time to explore the village while our Staff crew sort and load our trekking equipment. Then we begin our trek by descending towards the Dudh Kosi( Dudh means is Milk, the water of this river is looks like milk) River where we join the main trail to Namche Bazaar, located just above Chaunrikharka (2713m). It is easy walking day, after passing the small village of Ghat (2550m) it is a short walk to Phakding. Overnight at tea-house.

Day 04: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440m/11290ft)

Day 04: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440m/11290ft) – Approx.6 hrs After breakfast We continue trekking along the banks of the Dudh Kosi, crossing this majestic river many times on exciting suspension bridges laden with prayer flags. After entering Sagamartha National Park at Jorsale. We will have lunch at Jorsale, after Lunch the trail climbs difficult steeply with breathtaking views. Please takes lots of break during the climbs we have no hurry to arrive at a Namche. Namche is one of the biggest villages along the whole Everest trail. Namche Bazaar known as the Gateway to Everest. Overnight at Guesthouse.

Day 05 Namche Bazaar Acclimatization day. Rest Day After breakfast we almost ready to start our hiking Day.

Built by the Japanese management this spectacularly situated hotel with wonderful Panorama views of Mt.Everest( 8848m), Tawache, Lhotse, Nuptse, Thamserku, and Ama Dablam is an good place to have hot drinks with Gorgeous view. After tea continuing, we trek to the villages of Khumjung set below Khumbila, the rocky peak sacred to all Sherpas. In Khumjumg we can visit the Edmund Hillary Hospital School & Monastery. After spending some time we back to Namche Bazaar. Over night at Namche Bazaar.

Day 06: Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3860m/12660ft) – Approx. 5 Hours

After breakfast we ready to start trek for another day. This morning we descend to the river; we cross it at the little settlement of Phunki Thangkha at 3,250m, then climb
steeply through the forest to Thyangboche at 3,867m. Lunch could be at Phunki Thangkha also. We will be here by lunchtime and in the afternoon we will visit the famous monastery and to watch the sunset on the fantastic panorama of mountains surrounding us of Mt.Everest( 8848m), Tawache, Lhotse, Mt. Nuptse, Mt.Thamserku, and Ama Dablam. Visitors should be careful to respect the spirit of this special place, by observing the ban on hurting any living creature in the area. Because of the ban, the wildlife is unusually unafraid and previous groups have spotted musk deer in the area. On reaching Tengboche you will see the local monastery. Inside the monastery are incredibly ornate wall hangings, a 20-foot sculpture of Buddha, and the musical instruments and robes of the Lamas. The group will be taken to observe a prayerceremony either in the evening or morning depending on how the days trekking went. Over night at Tengboche.

Day 07: Tengboche Dingboche(Approx.4330m) 5-6 hrs

Tengboche Dingboche(Approx.4330m) 5-6 hrs After breakfast slowly 30minutes downhill walk through rhododendron trees and bit up hill to Pangboche-Somare(Lunch Place)-Orsho-Dingboche.5-6 Hours Walking We follow the great view of Mt. Amadablam and in front of Mt.Lhotse.

Day 08: Dingboche: rest day

Day 09: Dingboche - Lobuche(4930m) 5 hours

Dingboche - Lobuche(4930m)After breakfast slowly trek to Thokla or Dughla(4620m) the trail goes from Duglha directly up to the Khumbu Glacier for an hour, we reach memorable place then about 1
hrs to Lobuche. 4-5 hrs

Day 10: Lobuche-EBC(5360m)-Gorakshek. 3 hrs

slow walking 6-7 hours max. Over night at Gorakshek

Day 11: Gorakshep- Kalapathar(5545m)- Pheriche(4200m) 7-8 hrs.

important part of Trekking. Early morning Hike to Kalapathhar(5545m) it takes two hours slowly. It is tough hike so start slowly. It will be freezing cold and sometime so freezing windy. Once we reach top of Kalapathar we will see best view of Mt. Everest and other gorgeous Mountains, after spending some time and walk back to Gorakshep. After breakfast downhill to Pheriche.

Day 12: Pheriche((4200m) - Tengboche. 5 hours

Pheriche((4200m) - Tengboche. After breakfast walk to Pangboche-Tengboche. 4 Hours Walking. Over night at Tengboche.

Day 13: Tengboche -Namche(3450m)- Monjo-6-7- hrs Trekking.

Rhododendron trees and cross the river and hike up for an hour and half then easy
walking to Namche Bazaar then down hill to Monjo.

Day 14: Monjo- Phakding- Luckla 5 hours

Day 15: Luckla- Flight to Kathmandu. Early morning flight to Kathmandu.

Luckla- Flight to Kathmandu. Early morning flight to Kathmandu. If weather good we will be in Kathmandu in time. Arriving Kathmandu airport and transfer to Hotel. After 14 Days trekking your feet
wants to rest. Evening dinner in Nepali restaurant.

Day 16: For bad weather of Luckla flight. Reserved day

After breakfast drive to international airport in kathmandu

The temperature here can range from extremely hot (37-40C) in the lower Terai regions, to negative temperatures in the northern, mountainous regions. Feb-May & Sept-Nov are prime trekking times due to the lovely climate. There is ample sun in the day time, and only slightly chilly at night. Monsoon (June-Aug) can get very hot and humid-with showers usually in the early morning and late afternoon.
