Annapurna Circuit Trekking

The 3-week Annapurna circuit(Round Annapurna) is also most popular trek in Nepal. It passes through country inhabited by a wide diversity of the main Himalayan range on to the high and dry Tibetan Plateau.  The circuit is usually walked in the counterclockwise direction because of the difficulties of crossing the Throng la pass traveling clockwise the longer ascent and shorter decent from west to east is too much for many people to Manang in 1 day. The height of Throng la Pass is 5416m it is closed by snow from mid-December to mid-April in this month the bad weather can move in at any time. The rely on good weather and season for this pass is May- July, and Mid of Sept- Mid of December. The circuit usually starts from Besi Sahar.
