Itinerary of Langtang Trek.

Day 0 Arrival Kathmandu: Upon Arrival Transfer to Hotel.

Day 1: 6:30 Start bus to Dhunche about 6:00 hours. Overnight at Dhunche (1966m).

Day 2. Dhunche- Syabru (approx. 4 ½ hours)(2,118m.)

Day 3 : Syabru-Lama Hotel (Approx. 6 hours) (2,380m.)

Day 4: Lama Hotel- Lanagtang (Approx. 5 ½ Hours) (3,500m.)

Day 5 Langtang to Canjing (Approx. 4 ours)(3,800m.)

Day 6 Rest at Canjing Acclimatization Day

Day 7 Canjing Gompa- Lama Hotel (6 Hours)

Day 8 Lama Hotel- Syabru( 5 Hours)

Day 9 Syabru- Sing Gompa (6 Hours)

Day 10 Sing Gomapa- Laurebinayak

Day 11 Laurebinayak – Gosainkunda  (4,180m.)

Day 12 Gosainkuda pass – Phedi(3,566m.)

Day 13 Phedi- Thadepati

Day 14 Thadepati-Khutung Sangu (2,470m.)

Day 15 Kutungsang to Chisapani(1,770m.)

Day 16 Chisapani- Sundarijal to Kathmandu

Day 17 Kathmandu Departure: After Breakfast Transfer to Airport.

Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu at the airport transfer to the hotel

Day 02: Drive to Syabrubensi (1420 m). Walking Distance: 4 ½ Hours

Day 03: Syabrubensi to Lama hotel (2804 m). Walking Distance: 6 Hours

Day 04: Lama hotel to Langtang Valley (3500 m). Walking Distance: 6 Hours

Day 05: Langtang Valley to Kyanjin Gompa (3800 m). Walking Distance: 6 Hours

Day 06: Acclimatization

Day 07: Kyanjin Gompa to Ghore Tabla. Walking Distance: 6 Hours

Day 08: Ghore Tabla to Syabru . Walking Distance: 5 Hours

Day 09: Syabru to Sing Gompa (3254 m). Walking Distance: 6 Hours

Day 10: Sing Gompa to Gosainkund (4300 m). Walking Distance: 7 Hours

Day 11: Gosainkund to Therapati (3600 m). Walking Distance: 5 Hours

Day 12: Therapati to Gul Bhanjyang (2130 m). Walking Distance: 6 Hours

Day 13: Gul Bhanjyang to Chisopani (2194 m). Walking Distance: 4 Hours

Day 14: Drive back to Kathmandu (1304 m). O/N hotel

Day 15: Kathmandu Departure: After Breakfast Transfer to Airport.
